what can you tell us? >> reporter: there was a rather large police presence here so we were thinking that this was something much more substantial, but what police are telling us is there was a report of a home burglary, officers showed up out here and apparently in minutes they were able to track down the two people who may be responsible for that. police telling us that they do have two people in custody at this hour. you see behind me there are a few officers on the scene but all signs appear to be that they are starting to wind things down. some of the officers leaving. at one point the s.w.a.t. team was called out but an officer from santa clara p.d. say they are going through training so it was good practice to come out here in case they needed them. we're waiting for more information about what happened. we're told there were no shots fired, even though there was a report that possibly some guns or stolen from the home which was a few blocks down the street here behind me, again police saying they d
